Job Overview

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas.
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Required Health Documentation

Physical exam completed within 1 year of start.
Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
