Travel/Contract role in Winter Haven, Florida
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
40 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
First-timers accepted
Weekend work required
On-call required: 3 overnight shifts in a 4-week period and 1–2 weekend call shifts in a 4-week period
No floating within scope
No block schedule accommodation
No locals accepted
Pending license not accepted

OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
Ability to circulate
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Cerner
COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions accepted
Driver’s license or state ID required and must remain active/current during the assignment
Nursys verification required
Background check required within 1 year of start
Florida AHCA Level II fingerprint results required before start
Education verification required
Physical exam within 6 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 10 weeks of start
Drug test within 30 days
References: 2 from within the past 2 years

Urgent/emergent cases after 7:00 p.m. only
Call response time: 30 minutes
475-bed community hospital
Patient population is primarily adult; no pediatric population
Surgical specialties include robotic, orthopedic, general, GYN, vascular, urology, and neurology (ortho spine)
