Special Requirements: Inpatient orthopedics, acute care

Certifications and Licensure Required

Basic Life Support (BLS): AHA only, RQI accepted
Registered Nurse License: Colorado or Compact RN license
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Required for certain specialties
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS): Required for certain specialties
Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP): Required for certain specialties
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC): Required for ER
Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM): Required for L&D
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required annually
Fit Mask Testing: Required within 12 months of start and updated annually
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap Vaccine: Required within 10 years of start
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray: Required within 1 year of start
COVID-19 Vaccination: Documentation required for clearance

Background Check: Required within 60 days of start
References: 2 references from the last two years required
