Overview

• Certified Surgical Technician role in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
• Contract length: 26 weeks.
• Shift: 06:00 - 14:30.

Role Summary

• Works under a surgeon’s supervision to support safe surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Responsibilities include preparing OR rooms, supplies, and equipment; maintaining the sterile field; assisting with positioning, prepping, draping, counts, specimen handling, and terminal cleaning; and following standard precautions and PPE use.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist experience.
• CVOR Technologist experience within the last year.
• 1 year of CVOR Technologist experience.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association.
• NBSTSA.
• Driver's License.
• License/certificate verification with primary source verification and a copy of the license/certificate.
• Social Security card.
• MMR immunization or titer with lab printout.
• Hepatitis B immunization or titer with lab printout.
• Varicella immunization or titer with lab printout.
• 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot).
• McLeod Profile.
• McLeod Skills Checklist.
• McLeod Criminal Background Check Results.
• McLeod Drug Screen.
• McLeod Confirmation of Assignment.
