Job Details

- Shift: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Job Description
- Required to have oncology/immunotherapy certification with experience in a 20-chair infusion center.
- Must be proficient with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Call requirements: Approximately 2 on-call weekend shifts (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) per pay period.
- Weekend requirement: Every 5th weekend shift (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Holiday shifts rotate with regular staff (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- May need to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles as needed.
- Prior travel experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of hematology/oncology experience, including experience within the last year.
- Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification.
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Experience in an outpatient setting.
- Infusion experience.
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
