Shift: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM

Job Description

Required to have oncology/immunotherapy certification with experience in a 20-chair infusion center.
Must be proficient with EPIC electronic health record system.
Call requirements: Approximately 2 on-call weekend shifts (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) per pay period.
Weekend requirement: Every 5th weekend shift (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
Holiday shifts rotate with regular staff (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
May need to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles as needed.
Prior travel experience is required.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin.
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
Minimum of 1 year of hematology/oncology experience, including experience within the last year.
Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Experience in an outpatient setting.
Infusion experience.
Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
