Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Location: Waimea, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 10 weeks

Job Description

• Start time: 7:00 AM on a Monday (strict, no exceptions)
• Mandatory 2 years of experience in Emergency Department
• Variable shifts required, totaling 80 hours in a two-week period
• Shift options:

  • AM: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • PM: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • 8-hour Day, Evening, or Night shifts
• Possibility to float to Long Term Care or ICU as needed
• Open to 12-hour shifts, up to 72 hours per week
• Must meet target start date without exceptions

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Hawaii
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience, including experience within the last year
• Certifications required:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

• Compliance requirements must be completed prior to arrival
