Job Opportunity: LPN (Long-Term Care) Night Shift

Location: Gunnison, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the night shift.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Maintain the highest degree of total quality care at all times.
Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable institution.
Training: Rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Colorado.
- Current BLS certification required.
- IV certification preferred.

Additional Information

Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required.
Reliable transportation is necessary due to lack of public transportation in the rural Gunnison area.
