Registered Nurse - Care Coordinator
Location: Santa Cruz, California
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), every other week first to float
Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2 years of experience as a Care Coordinator RN
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Job Details
- Role focused on care coordination
- Scheduled for day shifts with extended 12-hour hours
- Floating responsibilities every other week during the first shift period
