Travel RN MedSurg assignment in Denton, Texas
13-week contract
36 hours per week
Day shift: 7A-7P

Unit Details

Medical Unit 610
43 beds
Main building, 5th floor
Floating may include the medical unit and ER for med/surg hold nurse capabilities

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
1 year of Med Surg experience
Med Surg experience within the last year
Experience in an Acute Care setting
BLS

Preferred

Meditech experience

Unit Notes

Typical procedures include any type of surgery excluding cardiac and open neuro surgery
Rotating weekends required
Self-scheduling allowed within reason of a balanced schedule
Team-oriented and willing to ask questions when unsure of processes
