Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of Telemetry experience, including experience within the last year
Orthopedics experience (1+ year)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Additional Notes

Travelers must submit permanent home address with application
