Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
NRP
Fetal Monitoring
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

Labor and delivery unit with 9 L&D beds, 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs, and 3 OBED beds
Patient ratio: 1–2
Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts per month
May float to mother/baby or outside the department to task

Postpartum hemorrhage management
JADA system
Nitrous oxide
Ability to support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities

Laborist team model with 24/7 midwives and dedicated CRNA and OB coverage
Couplet care in postpartum unit
