Job Overview

• Location: Lee’s Summit, Missouri

• Unit: Surgery, Main OR
• Call: 2–6 days per month

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• ACLS
• BLS
• Experience with Meditech

Clinical Details

• Patient ratio: 1 RN to 1 patient
• Procedures include ortho, spine, vascular, general surgery, colorectal, robotic, GYN, and ENT
• Strong vascular skills are preferred

Work Environment

• 5 ORs
• Typical daily staffing includes 5–6 RNs, 6 techs, 1 anesthesia tech, and 1 OR analyst
• Standard OR equipment
• No floating
• No patient experience requirements
