Travel Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer

Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with call (typically 1–2 times per week)

Required Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist with 3 years of experience
Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
ARRT or RDMS
Graduation from an accredited AMA school

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic ultrasound services for inpatient and outpatient care under radiologist direction and departmental protocols
Perform abdominal, pelvic, gynecological, obstetrical, and transvaginal sonograms
Scan small parts, including thyroid, breast, and scrotum
Assist with ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and aspirations

Great nurses, always available. This is a teaching facility as well. It is a growing hospital and just opened a new wing 12/2024. All pt rooms have been up dated. Doctors work well with staff for continuity of care
