Job Opportunity: RN - Tele (Travel)

Location: Highlands, North Carolina

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

• Unit: Acute Care
• Number of Beds: 24
• Patient Ratios: 6-7:1
• Staffing: No unit secretaries (HUC), no tech or extra RN when no tech available
• Equipment: Standard Med/Surg
• Documentation System: Cerner
• Scheduling: 3 shifts of 12 hours each
• Floating Policy: Rare
• Patient Population: Affluent community with concierge service expected

Required Certifications & Licenses

• Registered Nurse License
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIH Certification

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience, with Med Surg experience within the last year
• Experience working with Geriatric patients
• Experience in a Rehabilitation setting

Additional Information

• Dress Code: Navy nursing uniform or navy top with white bottoms
• Excellent culture and teamwork on the unit

• No mention of prior travel experience required
