Location: Sanford, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility & Unit Overview

• Unit: ICU (Floor)
• Number of Beds: 8
• Patient Ratios: 1:2-3
• Patient Population: All ages
• EHR System: Cerner
• Shift: Days (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: As needed / every other weekend
• Call Requirements: As needed
• Float Requirements: Yes (Ratio 1:6)

Job Requirements

• Specialty: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
• Years of Experience Required: 2 years (higher value between 1-2 years)
• Prior Travel Experience: Not required
• Required Certifications:

  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • CPI/HWC/MAB
  • NIH Certification
• Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse License in North Carolina
• Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience
• Preferred Skillset: High acuity patient care
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Respiratory failure
