- Unit: IMU (633) - Telemetry
- Beds: 37
- Staff per shift:
- Day Shift: 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs, 1 Unit Clerk
- Night Shift: 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs
- Patient Ratios: 1:6; 1:4 for Heart Cath patients
- Equipment: PCA Pumps, IV pumps, Chest Tubes
- EMR System: Meditech
Job Details
- Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM (Night Shift)
- Typical Procedures:
- Central lines
- Medication drips
- Heart Cath recovery
- Bubble studies
Requirements
- Licenses: Registered Nurse License
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIH Certification
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in RN specialty (Telemetry/IMU)
- Personality Fit: Positive attitude, engaged, independent, strong critical thinking skills
