Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Travel)

Job Description

This travel RN position is based in a 157-bed hospital offering a full range of services including emergency care, cardiovascular care, women’s services, and orthopedics. The facility is recognized for quality care and stroke rehabilitation certification. The work environment is described as having opportunities for growth, a family-like atmosphere, and a commitment to compassionate care. The city offers a small-town feel with local attractions and is about 45 minutes from Downtown Nashville.

Schedule

• Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
• Possibly rotating weekends
• Unit: ICU (Observation Unit)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
