Location: Winchester, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Home Health Occupational Therapy
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8’s)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Requirements: None
On-Call Requirements: None
Patient Population: Adults ages 19 and over
Patient Load: 5-7 patients daily
EMR System: EPIC
Equipment: None specified

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Virginia
Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
Experience in a Home Health setting
Experience in a Home Care setting
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Additional Information

Dress code requires black scrubs, with adherence to the facility’s dress code policy.
