Position Overview

• Role: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Occupational Therapist (OTR or LOTR) license required
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Job Responsibilities

• Perform objective occupational therapy assessments under general supervision
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for patients of all ages
• Follow departmental policies and procedures regarding referrals

Work Environment

• EMR system: EPIC
• Patient population: All ages (specific patient types not detailed)
• Dress code: Black scrubs
