Location
- Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- 2 or more years of total travel experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advance Provider or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Job Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients with a range of health problems
- Manage an assigned group of patients
- Document patient responses and changes in physician orders
- Assist with patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures and treatment
- Monitor patient physiological data and intervene when necessary
- Administer medications and manage IV infusions and blood products
- Communicate care plans and discharge information with patients and families
- Make patient care referrals and delegate tasks to support staff
