Job Description

• Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
• Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• Candidates with permanent or PRN work history at this provider within the last year are not eligible to return.
• Prior traveler or perm/PRN work history older than one year requires eligibility confirmation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Nevada
