Role Details

• Work with primary and team nursing.
• Ability to read basic rhythm strips prior to arriving at the facility.
• Ability to perform and document frequent neurological assessments including NIH Stroke Scale.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New York
• Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Ability to read basic rhythm strips
• Ability to perform and document frequent neurological assessments including NIH Stroke Scale
• Resume with all employment and gaps from the last 7 years accounted for, education history with degree title and graduation date, city/state for all assignments and education, and dates in MM/YY format
