Overview

• Temporary replacement for a colleague on FMLA maternity leave
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
• Location: Boise, Idaho

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Idaho
• Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• RRT/CRT
• Driver's License

Notes

• American Heart Association BLS certification is required for all direct patient care personnel
• Specialty exam must be completed within a year
• Hepatitis B titers are required along with proof of immunization
• Tdap declinations may be accepted if the assignment does not require pediatric interaction
