Job Overview
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
- Employment type: Long-term assignment
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Weekend day shift, 9:00 AM–9:30 PM
- Schedule options: 3 twelve-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts, Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday
- Interview: Phone interview required
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- ARRT
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- Valid permanent license/certification verification; temporary licenses are not accepted
- U.S. employment eligibility documentation
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year prior to start
- Competency exam with a passing score of at least 80%
- Core competencies with a passing score of at least 80%
- Employment verification within the last 5 years
- Education verification
- Previous employment form confirming prior employment with the facility system
- Submission packet including resume, 2 professional references from the last 2 years, and completed job application
Onboarding / Compliance
- Influenza vaccine proof required during flu season, with masking or approved exemption process if declining
- 2-step TB test or IGRA required
- MMR immunity required
- Varicella immunity required
- Hepatitis B immunity or declination required
- Tdap within the last 10 years
- Fit test within 1 year of start
- Physical exam statement showing ability to work without restrictions
- Drug screen
- Criminal background check
- OIG search
- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
- Ohio fingerprints / fingerprint-based background screening
- Social Security trace
