Job Overview

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Employment type: Long-term assignment
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Weekend day shift, 9:00 AM–9:30 PM
• Schedule options: 3 twelve-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts, Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday
• Interview: Phone interview required

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License
• Valid permanent license/certification verification; temporary licenses are not accepted
• U.S. employment eligibility documentation
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year prior to start
• Competency exam with a passing score of at least 80%
• Core competencies with a passing score of at least 80%
• Employment verification within the last 5 years
• Education verification
• Previous employment form confirming prior employment with the facility system
• Submission packet including resume, 2 professional references from the last 2 years, and completed job application

Onboarding / Compliance

• Influenza vaccine proof required during flu season, with masking or approved exemption process if declining
• 2-step TB test or IGRA required
• MMR immunity required
• Varicella immunity required
• Hepatitis B immunity or declination required
• Tdap within the last 10 years
• Fit test within 1 year of start
• Physical exam statement showing ability to work without restrictions
• Drug screen
• Criminal background check
• OIG search
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
• Ohio fingerprints / fingerprint-based background screening
• Social Security trace
• National sex offender search
• Module completion certificate
