Location: Dallas, Texas

Job Description
- Coordinate patient care delivery focusing on oncology patient populations using the nursing process.
- Assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses.
- Assist patients in transitioning through healthcare encounters without preventable complications or delays.
- Delegate interventions to healthcare personnel based on patient condition and staff competencies, following the Texas Nursing Practice Act.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Minimum 5 years of oncology nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Additional Information
- Work week runs Wednesday through Tuesday.
- Overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x rate.
- Callback pay at 1.5x rate with a minimum of 2 hours per callback.
- No nonbillable orientation hours.
- The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.
- Local candidates (within 60 miles) are accepted.
