Physical Therapist - Home Health (Travel/Contract)

Location: Walla Walla, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Specialty: Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation
  • Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (5x8 hours)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, guaranteed 30 patient visits weekly
  • Average Patients per Day: 5-7 (to be confirmed during interview)
  • Types of Cases: Geriatric patients
  • Territory: Up to a 60-mile radius from the office/hub
  • Dress Code: Scrubs (any color), no jeans
  • Device Provided: iPad
  • Cell Phone Use: Not allowed
  • Mileage Reimbursed at IRS standard rate

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington (state or compact license accepted)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist within the last year
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (AHA, ARC, Military accepted)
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR required
