0.5 years of Physical Therapist experience
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
Experience in an outpatient setting
National tech certification, as applicable to the profession
Background check within 1 year of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM required annually
HHS/OIG required annually
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
Skills checklist required annually
Competency exam required as applicable to profession/specialty
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required as applicable by profession

New grads are welcome if they have strong ortho/sports clinicals or at least 1 prior 13-week contract in an outpatient ortho/sports setting
