Outpatient Oncology RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in Portland, Oregon
Day shift: 4x10s, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
13-week assignment
Clinic is open 7 days a week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Oncology experience with 2 years of experience
Oncology experience within the last year
Experience with Epic
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Valid government-issued photo ID
Background check, including required screenings and verifications
Employment application with at least 7 years of work history, including city and state for each position
Skills checklist within 1 year of start
Two manager or supervisor references from an employer within the last 24 months
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance within 1 year prior to start
Negative TB or chest X-ray
TB questionnaire
Tdap within 10 years or signed declination
Flu vaccination or signed declination
Measles immunity, vaccination, or declination
Mumps immunity, vaccination, or declination
Rubella immunity, vaccination, or declination
Hepatitis B vaccination, immunity, or declination
Varicella immunity, vaccination, or declination
Drug screen within 3 months prior to start
Competency exam with a score of 85% or higher
Professional appearance policy review and signature
Job description signature prior to start
Compass modules for RNs prior to start
Safe Vaccine Administration Module prior to start
