- Day shift: 4x12 hours, 10:00–22:30
- 48 hours per week
- Inpatient PACU
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2
- Floating: may float within PACU to the Holding area
- First-timers accepted
- Pending license accepted
Required qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Telemetry experience
Additional notes
- No locals within 100 miles
- RTO greater than 7 days requires approval
- New contracts and extensions must be at least 10 weeks
- COVID vaccination is not required, but vaccination status or declination must be uploaded
- Cerner familiarity may be used to test out of orientation training
- Onsite fingerprinting is required during orientation
- Physical exam, TB screening, drug screen, flu documentation, fit testing, and immunization documentation are required before start
- Two professional references within 3 years of hire are required
- A complete application with at least 3 years of work history is required
