Operating Room RN Travel Contract

Location

Bend, Oregon

Assignment Details

Travel/contract role
13-week assignment
Day shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
48 hours per week
Urgent start preferred
Weekend coverage as needed by the unit
On-call may be required; details pending confirmation
No local candidates within a 75-mile radius
RTO limit: 7 total days for the assignment

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Operating Room experience
Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Ortho Trauma experience
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

CNOR

Clinical Experience / Skills

Ortho trauma
Craniotomy
Trauma
Trauma Level II

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

Background check
EPLS/GSA/SAM check
HHS/OIG check
Diploma or transcript
Education verification
Photo for badge
Signed confidentiality, access, compliance/privacy, and emergency contact forms
Physical exam
Tdap within 10 years
Negative TB screening or chest X-ray, plus annual TB questionnaire
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation
Negative 12-panel drug screen
Flu vaccination or declination/exemption during flu season
COVID vaccination record if previously vaccinated, or declination/exemption if never vaccinated
Respiratory safety clearance
