Overview
- Travel/contract RN position in Baltimore, Maryland
- Psychiatric float pool role covering inpatient units for children, adolescents, and adults
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 11:00–23:30
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Guaranteed hours: 40
- First-time travelers accepted
- Locals accepted
- May be required to serve as charge RN during a shift
- Will float within scope to meet facility needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Behavioral Health experience
- Behavioral Health experience within the last year
- Experience in an inpatient Behavioral Health setting
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
Schedule
- Every other weekend required
- On-call not required
- 1 pre-approved RTO allowed
Work Environment
- Psychiatric facility
- Float pool across 19 inpatient units
- Navy blue scrubs
- Sunrise charting
Additional Notes
- Free employee parking available
- CPI training is completed onsite
- Physical exam is required by the staffing agency, not the client
- Fit mask testing is required within 1 year of start
- TB screening, flu documentation or exemption, COVID documentation, and other health compliance items are required before start
