Day shift, 4x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Contract Length

9 weeks

Schedule Notes

48-hour guaranteed
Every other weekend
Rare floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
Maximum 7 days of requested time off
Must work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period, per facility policy

Adolescents to geriatrics

Unit Overview

Large, busy emergency department with high acuity
Non-trauma emergency department
Stroke and STEMI certified
59-bed unit
Average daily census: 165–175 patients
Typical ratio: 1:4

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
3 or more completed travel assignments
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

Locals accepted
Navy blue scrubs
Full compliance required before start
Non-billable orientation hours vary by contract length
