Overview

Travel/contract role in Lebanon, Pennsylvania
Home care assignment covering Adams and Franklin Counties
Day shift: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
40 hours per week
Every 4th weekend rotation
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Pennsylvania RN license
Home Health experience with 2 years of experience
Home Health experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
OASIS
2 professional references within 3 years of start

Travelers are expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays; if the contract overlaps only 2 of those holidays, 1 holiday must be worked
