Outpatient Clinic Infusion
Role Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Los Angeles, California
- Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Floating required
- No weekend requirement
- No on-call requirement
- No scheduling requests can be accommodated
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license in California
- 2 years of clinic experience
- Clinic experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- IV Certification
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- Ambulatory Care experience
- Experience with Epic

Compliance / Onboarding
- Government-issued photo ID required
- Physical exam within 1 year of start showing ability to meet essential physical job functions
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Drug screen within 1 year of start
- MMR immunity or vaccination documentation required for measles, mumps, and rubella
- Hepatitis B vaccine series, titer, or declination required
- Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation required
- References required: 2 professional references, including 1 supervisory reference
- California Nurse Aide Registry results required for CNA placements only, not applicable here
