Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Valdosta, Georgia
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 8 weeks

Unit / Setting

• Medical ICU and surgical ICU
• Patient age groups: Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics
• Patient diagnoses include post code, post stroke, TPA, respiratory failure, and dialysis
• Excludes cardiac and occ peds patients

Schedule / Float

• Float required to CPU, PCU, and MS/Tele
• Every other weekend coverage

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Management of dysrhythmias
• Care of ventilated patient
• Experience with Epic
