Schedule

• Night shift
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Montana
• Skilled Nursing (1 year of experience)
• Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Complete holistic, age-specific assessments and nursing plans of care
• Analyze clinical data to develop individualized care plans
• Identify and report signs of neglect or abuse
• Coordinate care and communicate with physicians and the care team
• Administer medications and IVs within scope of practice and policy
• Document interventions, resident responses, and outcomes
• Provide resident and family education and support discharge planning
• Supervise, coach, counsel, and evaluate assigned CNA staff

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform frequent standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, filing, typing, and talking
• Must be able to lift objects over 100 lbs, with frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
