Call: Required every 2-3rd weekend, 1-3/week

Role Summary

Provide patient care for adult and geriatric populations in a cardiovascular lab setting, including support before, during, and after diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Driver's License

BSN

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations
Collaborate with physicians and communicate patient status before, during, and after procedures
Prepare and maintain procedure rooms and equipment
Manage supplies and inventory for case-specific materials
Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during procedures
Assess and document patient condition in the Cardiovascular Lab
Participate in quality improvement activities
