Job Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
  • Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • No call

Required Qualifications

  • Mammography Technologist with 1 year of experience
  • Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
  • Current and valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
  • BLS certification, current and issued by AHA or ARC
  • ARRT (R)(M) certification, verified within 30 days of start
  • High school diploma, GED, or higher level of education verified by transcript or diploma
  • State license verification required within 30 days prior to start
  • NURSYS verification required within 30 days prior to start
  • 25 supervised mammograms completed during ARRT certification
  • 2 former direct supervisor references
  • 10-year work history verification
  • Current resume covering the last 7 years of employment, including explanations for gaps greater than 30 days

Health, Screening, and Compliance Requirements

  • 7-year criminal background check within 30 days of start, updated annually
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, and OFAC checks required within 30 days of start and updated monthly
  • Negative 8-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
  • Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
  • Fit testing completed onsite
  • TB screening or chest X-ray required
  • TB questionnaire required annually
  • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required by facility timeline
  • COVID vaccination is strongly preferred; declination accepted
  • Hepatitis B documentation required
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation required
  • Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation required
  • HIPAA and OSHA acknowledgement required
  • Code of ethical business conduct acknowledgement required
  • Policy acknowledgement form required
  • Confidentiality and information access agreement required
  • Drug and alcohol-free workplace policy acknowledgement required
  • Oklahoma Offender Registration Act form required
  • Oklahoma medical treatment law form required
  • Vehicle information form required
  • Utility bill in the candidate’s name with matching address, dated within the last 3 months, showing residence more than 75 miles from the facility
  • Oklahoma Screen and DHS clearance required where applicable

Additional Notes

  • Patient Care Orientation Class is required for all RNs, but this role is a Mammography Tech position
  • EPIC class is required only if there has been no EPIC experience within the last 6 months

Unit is ran by anesthesia, you will have to get anesthesia trays,,,set there area up while they complain about what you didn't do.
