Overview

• Travel/contract role in New Haven, Connecticut
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 3x12 schedule with day/night rotation
• First-time travelers accepted
• Weekend work required
• On-call required
• Guaranteed hours included
• Pending license accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Connecticut
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Must be able to circulate
• Must be independent with trauma cases, craniotomy, vascular, and endovascular cases

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrub experience
• Experience with robotics
• Experience with orthopedics

Schedule Notes

• Schedule is built in 6-week blocks and released 2 weeks before the block starts
• Typically rotates between shifts weekly
• No more than 2 on-call shifts per week
• Cannot accommodate block scheduling
• Holiday time off is not approved
