Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) experience, including experience within the last year
Experience with Pre-Op care
Experience working with Adult and Pediatric patients
Experience with Plastic Surgery and Urology surgeries
Experience monitoring patients with chest tube insertions, central lines, intubation, and arterial lines (A-lines)
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification or equivalent knowledge
