**Job Description:**

- **Location:** Sunny Southern California
- **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends or holidays; no on-call duties)
- **Patient Population:** Adults and Geriatrics
- **Facility Type:** Standalone Outpatient Endoscopy Center
- **Number of Rooms:** 3
- **Number of Beds:** 12
- **Daily Procedures:** 34-36 with 3 Gastroenterologists

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, polypectomy, biopsies, PEG placement, banding, balloon dilation, Bravo, and X-track procedures.
- Assist with procedural setup and provide support during various endoscopic procedures.
- Ensure high-level disinfection of all procedural equipment.
- Maintain infection control and follow Universal Protocol (Time out) procedures.
- Provide procedural assistance, including handling of instruments and patient education.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in GI/Endoscopy tech roles.
- Certification in SGNA or as a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) is mandatory.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience with colonoscopes, EGD scopes, EBUS, EUS, ERCP scopes, and fiber optics.

**Preferred Skills and Equipment:**
- Familiarity with Epic and ProVation charting systems.
- Experience with Olympus processors and light sources, CO2 insufflator, and electrosurgical units.
- Strong skills in back table setup and room prep.
