Occupational Therapist - Contract Position

Job Summary

• Provide occupational therapy services across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings.
• Evaluate and treat patients by assessing functional abilities and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Support patients in improving independence and quality of life.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, including experience within the last year.
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to independently manage diverse caseloads.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
• Commitment to continuous professional learning.

Additional Information

• This position may require working across multiple care settings including inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing departments.
• Return to Office (RTO) is not approved unless specifically noted in the offer.
