Required Qualifications

• Valid Pharmacist license in Missouri
• Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
• Pharmacist experience within the last year
• BLS

• 285 beds
• De-centralized pharmacist model
• Staffing includes 5 technicians on day shift, 1 mid shift, 2 evening shifts, and 2 overnight shifts

• Pyxis ES
• Dose Edge
• Meditech

Procedures / Responsibilities

• Refilling Pyxis machines
• Filling first doses
• IV sterile compounding
• Non-sterile compounding
• Packaging UD medications
• Answering phones
• Assisting pharmacist
• Refilling code blue trays

Preferred

• Knowledge of Pyxis ES
• Knowledge of Meditech
• Knowledge of Dose Edge
