Overview

• Travel OT role in Lynnwood, Washington.
• 13-week assignment.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• Shift: 8am-4pm.
• Weekend hours: once a month.

Facility and unit

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital.
• 40-bed rehab unit.
• Floors 1-3.
• Department/cost center: Rehab.

Required qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington
• Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• Master's degree in occupational therapy

Preferred

• OT experience in acute care, skilled nursing home, or inpatient rehab hospital.

Patient population and common diagnoses

• General patient population.
• Common diagnoses/treatments include stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, and debility.

Additional notes

• EHR: EPIC, Rehab Connect.
• Scrub color: black scrubs.
• Time to report: 7:30-8:00 AM.
• Parking: rear of building.
