Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) Travel Position

Location: Richmond, Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel

Job Summary

Perform all X-Ray procedures on the Radiology unit
Utilize GE imaging equipment
Document using Meditech system
Work a 36-hour workweek
Dress code: Steel Gray uniform

Hospital size: 466 beds
Unit: Radiology (RAD), located in the Main Hospital building
No floating policy or patient ratio specified

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in Virginia
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, including experience within the last year
ARRT (R) Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Unit is semi friendly you get floated a lot in your first month of contact you all all the supplies you need. Over time is always available

Cons

Resources for your unit some are helpful others are not. If you have to use a timesheet for your pay the CNC doesn’t like that hopefully agency can upgrade that.
