Location: Holyoke, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process: Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and coworkers.
Participate in discharge planning.

Shift: Nights, 7 PM – 7 AM
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Weekend hours: Every other weekend
No call requirements
Float requirements: Yes
Patient population includes geriatric, pediatric (ages 5-17), and adult patients across five units (total 104 beds).
Patient ratios approximately 1:8, with lower ratios for geriatric and pediatric units.
Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
Supervision by shift supervisors only
Scrub color: Blue

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
BLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
