Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions according to state Board of Nursing standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
Continuously evaluate patient health status through data collection and assessment.
Provide health teaching and counseling to patients.
Deliver supportive and restorative therapy and treatment directly or through consultation, delegation, supervision, or teaching.
Execute delegated medical functions and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed.
Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
Document care in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
Utilize resources effectively.
May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency.
May be required to be on-call during scheduled shifts.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
