RN Med/Surg (Adult)

Overview

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Location: St Johnsbury, Vermont
• Shift: Night shift, 7pm–7am
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours per week, including every other weekend
• Start: ASAP; no later than 11/11
• Patient population: Mainly adults with occasional pediatrics
• Unit: General Med/Surg unit
• Bed count: 25-bed hospital

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Vermont
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg (3 years of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• Acute Care experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS
• Flu shot required

Preferred Qualifications

• Meditech experience

Housing / Transportation

• Local housing resources are available, but housing is the traveler’s responsibility
• Reliable personal transportation is essential
• Public transportation and rideshare services are not available
